- First contact point in the ICT Service Point for employees and competent support in 1st-level support for hardware, software and mobile devices
- Analysis, diagnosis and independent correction of hardware and software failures to ensure smooth IT operations
- Installation, configuration, provision and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices and other IT infrastructure
- Issuing, setting up and commissioning mobile devices as well as supporting users in technical issues
- Documentation of requests and solutions in the ticket system as well as close cooperation with internal departments and 2nd-level support teams to ensure a high quality of service
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ, ICT specialist or comparable qualification with practical experience in ICT support
- In-depth knowledge of IT support, terminal management and IT infrastructures
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoying direct contact with different stakeholders
- Team-capable, communication-strong and resilient personality with a professional appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods as well as analytical thinking skills and high reliability
