Role overview

Introduction As part of the strengthening of our Security & Infrastructure team, we are looking for an IAM Engineer (H/F) specialized in CIAM to contribute to the management and evolution of our identity and access infrastructure.

This position focuses primarily on the CIM (Customer Identity and Access Management), while involving an active contribution to our IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) solution and our internal Identity Providers (IdP).

Main responsibilities

  • CIAM – Customer Identity and Access Management
  • Design, deploy and maintain authentication and authorization solutions for external users (clients, partners)
  • Manage registration, login and account recovery streams
  • Secure and compliant customer access: MFA, consent management, data protection
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to improve user experience IGA – Identity Governance and Administration
  • Administer and optimize our existing IGA solution
  • Managing identity life cycles: creation, modification, deletion
  • Automation of provisioning and de-provisioning processes Maintaining and changing the role model
  • Ensure compliance with existing safety policies and regulations IdP Corporate – Identity Providers Maintain and evolve our internal IOPs
  • Configure and supervise authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC

Key requirements

  • Diploma in computer science, cybersecurity or related field.

Application process

  • Secure integration of internal applications and services Profile
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in IAM ideally with a specialization in CIAM
  • Confirmed experience in IAM (CIAM, IGA, IdP)
  • Controlling authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Knowledge of IGA solutions (SailPoint, Savoynt, Usercube, etc.)
  • Experience with IdP (Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, Keycloak, etc...)
  • Skills in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation
  • Knowledge of safety standards (GDPR, NIST, etc...)
