• In-depth insight into HR operations, HR time management and HR payroll of a center hospital
• Independent implementation of pre-selection of dossiers
• Administrative HR tasks along the Employee Life Cycle
• Participation in HR projects
• Possibility to build, maintain and further develop a broad internal network

What you bring for this job

• Bachelor degree at a university or university of applied sciences (degree within the last two years)
• Interest in human resources and joy in supporting people and organizations
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
