- Predictive support of personnel and organizational changes thanks to good HR process and business understanding
- Engagement in HR projects for the continuous development of working methods and services
- Recruitment of new employees in the assigned areas
- Ensuring efficient, service-oriented personnel work in cooperation with HR administration and payroll accounting Requirements
- Completed basic commercial education with corresponding further education or university degree (FH/University) ideally with a business or comparable background
- Completed further training in the field of human resources combined with in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience and interest in talent acquisition/employer branding
- Confident knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English
- Judgment, interest in business and a good look for the essentials
