What you bring with you for this position Basic business education with appropriate HR training or degree in the field of human resources Several years of experience with meaningful proof of performance in operational and conceptual HR management Experience in HR projects and change management Strong service orientation, consulting, social skills and communication skills combined with negotiation skills and flexibility
