Advise and support line managers in a business unit on management and HR topics as well as on annually recurring HR processes

Acting as a sparring partner: for managers, e.g. in onboarding processes, reorganizations or in demanding situations
Applying your in-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law in daily work
Recognizing HR needs of the line and implementing necessary measures and ensuring the necessary services
Participate in project teams and interdisciplinary groups on HR topics and contribute your experience in HR topics as well as your digital affinity
Completed further education in the HR area or a university study with an HR-related background
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, ideally in the financial industry
Sound consulting expertise in cooperation with managers and employees
Ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment and to remain calm in challenging situations
Self-initiative, drive and a structured working method
Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English is advantageous
