- Maintaining and controlling the personnel master data in SAP and from 2027 in SuccessF Factors
- At least three years of experience: In HR Administration
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ + Training at HR Assistant level
Main responsibilities
- Editing the entire staff (D.A.) along the entire lifecycle from entry to exit including the creation of all written records
- Maintaining and controlling the personnel master data in SAP and from 2027 in SuccessF Factors
- Creating interim and work certificates and confirmations (Zeugnistool swiss+)
- Answering and triaminating the concerns of the line and the employees (ticket system)
- Regular exchange with our HR consulting, payroll, offices, etc.
- Working with HR projects and regular review of HR processes
Key requirements
- At least three years of experience: In HR Administration
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ + Training at HR Assistant level
