• The superior and his court clerks assist in the editing of judgments in the field of national security and migration law with a focus on foreigners and citizenship as well as individual aspects of the accessory asylum law (respectively related to administrative procedure, constitutional and international law)
• Participate in the instruction of administrative court complaint procedures
• Support for project work
• Write memoranda on legal issues
• Make legal searches
• Completed legal studies
• Precise written and oral expression, resilience, criticism, teamwork
• Affinity to public law (in particular to migration law as well as administrative, administrative procedure, constitutional and international law)
• Discretion
• Main and working language either French or German, good knowledge of the third official language
