- Sie besitzen ein Lehrdiplom für die Primarstufe und können vorzugsweise den Masterstudiengang Heilpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare heilpädagogische Ausbildung vorweisen oder sind dazu in Ausbildung.
- Ihnen ist die pädagogische Kooperation und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen wichtig.
- Sie pflegen eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit mit den SchülerInnen und den Erziehungsberechtigten.
- Im Bereich Medien und Informatik bringen Sie gute Kenntnisse mit oder sind bereit, diese zu erwerben.
- Wir sind eine kleine, überschaubare Dorfschule mit einem Kindergarten und drei Primarklassen.
- Unsere Schule zeichnet sich aus durch ein engagiertes Team, welches erfolgreich und wertschätzend zusammenarbeitet.
- Besonderen Wert legen wir auf stufenübergreifende Anlässe, die pädagogische Weiterentwicklung im Bereich selbstorganisiertes Lernen und Lerncoaching sowie eine unterstützende Zusammenarbeit aller Beteiligten.
