For the Haus Krone in Wattwil we are looking for a health specialist EFZ 80% immediately or by appointment • Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the spirit of our nursing philosophy and the nursing process Taking on tasks as a reference person Nursing Participation in the nursing process and in the care needs classification with RAI for the assigned guests Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) Planning and accompanying doctor's visits Assuming day-to-day responsibility Assuming Tasks as a subject person on a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network on care quality Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift (night shifts can, but do not have to be taken on) • Your profile Completed training as a health specialist EFZ Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) A warm and humorous attitude Enjoyment of a wide range of challenges Good knowledge of German Word and writing Why Tertianum?
