Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations.
Our offer ranges from counselling for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and care at home.
With more than 200 beds, the inpatient range of general long-term care at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics and the focus on dementia.

Main responsibilities
- Design freedom as well as the opportunity to help shape dementia care with your expertise.
- This also includes responsibility in case management work throughout the entire care process.
- Share your proven professional experience as a health care professional EFZ as well as in working with people with dementia during regular exchanges or training sessions

- Completed training as a health EFZ specialist or equivalent with SRC recognition
- Experience in dealing with people in long-term care is beneficial
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2)
- High level of social, methodological and professional competence
