For the opening of our new forensic-psychiatric station with an intermediate security level, we are looking for an experienced leader from the police, prison, forensics or a comparable security-relevant environment.

- You work closely and trustfully with the clinic management, the nursing area, the medical profession as well as external partner organizations such as the police, emergency services and other authorities.
- Together with the nursing director forensics, you will develop security-relevant concepts and guidelines within the framework of the PSG and ensure implementation in your area.
- By carrying out risk analyses, safety assessments and appropriate prevention measures, you identify potential hazards at an early stage and initiate effective risk mitigation measures.
- You plan, organize and lead regular training sessions as well as practical training sessions in order to sustainably strengthen the reliability and expertise of employees.
- When setting up the new forensic-psychiatric station, you will actively contribute your expertise and significantly shape processes, security standards and organizational processes.
- You have an associated vocational training as well as a recognized training in the security sector (preferably VSSU, security specialist with a federal certificate or comparable qualification) and you know the requirements of security-relevant organizations from practice.
- Several years of experience in a security function with leadership responsibility enables you to lead teams professionally and set the right priorities even in demanding situations.
- In emergency, situational and crisis management, you will bring in-depth knowledge and practical experience and also keep an overview under pressure.
- Through your professional, calm and secure appearance, you also act calmly and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
- The respectful and clear treatment of mentally ill people is a matter of course for you, focusing on professional de-escalation and appreciative communication.
