• University degree (Uni/FH) in business administration, psychology or comparable education with in-depth HR training
• Several years of work experience in human resources, ideally in an industrial environment
• Strong strategic competence coupled with high operational excellence

• Convincing personality with a high level of social competence, negotiating certainty and assertiveness at management level
