  • The Management Support department of the Cantonal Tax Office St.Gallen supports all organizational units in the office in their task and provides the necessary infrastructure.
  • Within this main department, the Finance and Infrastructure department is responsible for accounting, portfolio management and all infrastructural and security-relevant aspects of the Office. What to expect:
  • You will manage the finance and infrastructure department in terms of personnel and expertise and will be responsible for the organisation, planning and coordination of the infrastructure.
  • You lead cross-departmental organizational projects and actively shape the organizational further development of the office – especially in the business strategy and the strategic IT planning with regard to the major IT tax project SG+
  • You are responsible for the accounting, budget, invoice and task and financial planning of the office, analyze deviations and ensure effective controlling
  • You control the project portfolio of the entire Cantonal Tax Office, coordinate priorities, resources and time dependencies and thus create transparency as a basis for decision-making for the administration
  • You are responsible for the infrastructure of the entire office (excl.IT) and ensure efficient and reliable operational processes
  • You act as security officer of the cantonal tax office, coordinate security issues with the financial department and implement adopted measures
  • You promote a culture of responsibility, transparency and cooperation What distinguishes you:
  • You have a master’s degree or a comparable higher education as well as a function-related further education and leadership training
