Role overview
The Medical Polyclinic at KSW is the central interdisciplinary contact point for complex and unclear diseases in the region.
We combine broad internalist expertise with close cooperation across specialist boundaries – both at home and at home physicians in the region.
In addition to focal points in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, we offer specialized speaking hours (including hypertension, osteology, vaccination and travel medicine), perform sonographies and punctures and also integrate the personal medical service for internal and external institutions.

- Leadership, promotion and further development of an interprofessional team with large design space at a recognised training facility in category II (1.5 years)

Main responsibilities
- Leadership, promotion and further development of an interprofessional team with large design space at a recognised training facility in category II (1.5 years)
- Supervision and further training of assistant physicians
- Ensure a high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care with further development and expansion of the outpatient service offering including close networking with the emergency center and the stationary internal medicine
- Private office hours as well as the possibility of building a specialty office profile:
- Specialist doctorate General Internal Medicine (or equivalent) with knowledge of the Swiss health system
- Founded clinical experience in outpatient internal medicine as well as leadership experience as cader physician/cader physician
- Analytical thinking and interest in complex issues („internist detective work)
- High social competence as well as strong communication and team skills
- Joy in the training and promotion of young doctors
