Innovation requires clear standards and reliable testing methods. In this key role, you will combine technology, quality and regulation and create the basis for successful product developments and international approvals. Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for global testing and approval strategies
- Advising product lines on standards, approvals and regulatory requirements
- Further development of the test laboratory including digitalization and use of new technologies
- Building strategic partnerships with standards bodies, universities and specialist institutes
- Development and implementation of targeted test concepts to support product development and market launch
- Support and further development of the team Approval & Testing of four people Your profile:
- Studies in engineering, materials sciences or similar technical qualifications
- Experience in testing, development, laboratory or approval, preferably in the construction sector
- Understanding technical products and regulatory requirements
- Interest in digitalization, AI and new testing methods
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing We offer:
