- Personnel and professional management of the restaurant EPI Park with a team of 5-7 employees
- Active participation in day-to-day operations (about 70%) incl. Weekend services as hosts
- Working hours: majority daily service (08.00 – 17.00)
- Participation in approximately 30-40 events and evening events outside regular working hours
- Ensuring a hospitable and service-oriented service for our guests Service planning support
- Responsibility for sales, planning, organisation and execution of banquets and events
- Cooperation in budget preparation, management and purchase of goods Promotion and development of your team
- Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards
- Close cooperation with the management of gastronomy and cooperation in the seminar center Requirements
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
