- Leadership, motivation and further development of the quality assurance team
- Overall responsibility for quality management (development, project, production and customer quality)
- Definition, implementation and monitoring of verification and approval processes
- Analysis of quality indicators and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
- Active participation in product and process optimization in close cooperation with production, development and project management
- Implementation and/or monitoring of site internal audits (5S, process, workplace, product) and monitoring the implementation of the necessary measures.
- Controlling the processing of non-conformities at the site
- Creating the quality reports of the site (CNQ...) and tracking deviations from the goals
- Head of the metrology department on site (calibration, approval...)
