Your tasks and perspectives

• Leadership, promotion and coaching of the team in the field of operation
• Co-ordination of surgical procedures in coordination with all participating professional groups
• Participation in strategic and operational projects for the further development of the field
• Active activity in the operating room

What you bring for this job

• Training as a Dipl. surgical care specialist or as a dipl. Specialist surgical technology HF
• Professional experience in ophthalmology / ophthalmology is advantageous
• Leadership experience or willingness to develop into this role
• Open, assertive and resilient personality
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
