Job description Title: Goods Receipt Specialist Reports to: Team Leader Goods In Career Band: 2 Clinical Trial Division (CTD)

Position Summary The Goods Receipt Specialist is responsible for the timely receipt, booking, and storage of materials.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and internal/external safety regulations
  • Receive goods, post goods receipts in GPMS, and hand over shipments to freight carriers
  • Perform high-bay warehouse picking activities and related WMS transactions
  • Physically store materials and perform GPMS/WMS postings
  • Execute required material movements, including transfers to external storage locations
  • Operate machinery and equipment used for material handling Conduct inventory counts
  • Clean facilities, machinery, and equipment according to instructions
  • Support other departments as directed by supervisors Minimum

Key requirements

  • Completed vocational training in logistics
  • At least two years of experience in industry or logistics
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move heavier materials
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken Strong communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong teamwork skills and resilience under stress
  • Reliable, accurate, and efficient working style
