- The role focuses on preparing and executing global customer-oriented programs and supporting local S&M organizations to increase market impact and portfolio profitability.
- This includes training sales forces and ensuring consistent communication with external and internal audiences. Key accountabilities
- Develop and deliver global educational programs and materials (live and digital).
- Support planning and execution of international scientific initiatives (e.g. advisory boards, expert meetings).
- Coordinate adaptation of global materials for affiliates, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand alignment.
- Oversee medical content development for global education and customer engagement, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Monitor effectiveness of global programs and share best practices with affiliates. Your expertise and ideal skill set Market Development & Strategic Alignment
