• Responsibility for the strategic orientation and further development of the real estate portfolio
• Annual review, update and further development of existing portfolio and object strategies taking into account market, object and portfolio parameters
• Analysis of portfolio, market and property risks as well as development of measures to sustainably secure and increase the performance and earnings power of the portfolio
• Identification and examination of acquisition opportunities, establishment and maintenance of relevant market and relationship networks as well as independent management of acquisition and transaction processes up to conclusion and public certification
• In-depth knowledge in the implementation and coordination of due diligence processes
• Preparation and presentation of investment applications as well as well-founded decision-making principles for the management
• Control of interdisciplinary project teams in revitalization, expansion and new construction projects as well as preparation of the economic, technical and strategic foundations for investment decisions of the management
• Independent implementation and plausibility checking of real estate valuations using the DCF and residual value method

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience: in real estate or portfolio management
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, finance, architecture or further education in real estate management resp. Additional training such as property valuer
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio and transaction management and the Swiss real estate market
• Sovereign appearance as well as proven negotiating and final strength in demanding negotiating and decision-making situations with owners, investors, brokers, authorities and other market participants
• Ability to assess and accompany development, revitalization and new construction projects from the perspective of owners and investors and to critically question their profitability
• High affinity for digital working methods as well as interest and openness towards the use of artificial intelligence to optimize analysis, decision-making and business processes
• German (very good knowledge)
