PROFILE

• Completed degree in business engineering, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in project, product or portfolio management as well as in the management of digitalization initiatives
• Good knowledge of agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab and automation solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Experience in the engineering or industrial environment is advantageous

TASKS

• Establishment, maintenance and further development of the digitalization portfolio including evaluation and prioritization of initiatives
• Support in business cases, benefit assessments and the preparation of decision-making bases for management and management
• Further development of processes and methods for digital product development and promotion of agile working methods
• Coordination and cooperation with departments, IT and other stakeholders for the successful implementation of digital initiatives
• Preparation of portfolio and status reports and ensuring transparent reporting on progress, benefits, risks and relevant KPIs
