Role overview
This is what awaits you: In this role, you are responsible for the conception, implementation, further development and operation of Mobiliar’s content management system.
The MCM team ensures that all business-relevant documents are securely, fully and efficiently available at all times.
As a central document hub, the content management system integrates over 50 systems, supports around 4,000 active users daily and processes around 100,000 new documents per day.

- Absolviertes Informatikstudium oder ähnliche Fachausbildung
- Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (Java, Angular, Kotlin von Vorteil)
Key requirements
- Absolviertes Informatikstudium oder ähnliche Fachausbildung
- Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (Java, Angular, Kotlin von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse von entwicklungsunterstützenden Tools (IntelliJ, Git, Jira, GitLab, CI Pipelines)
- Erfahrung mit Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure) und DevOps-Tools von Vorteil
- Umsetzungsorientierte, kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
- Neugierde gegenüber komplexen Fragestellungen und neuen Technologien wie KI, Spec-Driven Development etc. Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
