As a leading Swiss company in the convenience, filling station and energy sector, we operate a network of more than 320 Coop Pronto Shops with or without filling stations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The Coop Pronto locations are managed very successfully as part of our franchise concept.Coop Pronto AG as a franchisor is looking for one:

Tasks

• You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of the high standards of Coop Pronto
• You successfully carry out the financial tasks including controlling the business key figures of a Coop Pronto shop
• They take care of the goods management (orders, goods incoming controls and goods maintenance)
• They sell the products, advise customers: inside and maintain the gas station (if available)
• They ensure compliance, enforcement and control of the legal provisions on quality assurance, youth protection and occupational safety
• They lead the employees: inside: search, recruitment, training, payroll and social benefits as well as compliance with the labour law framework conditions (OR and labour law)

Requirements

• You have completed training in the retail trade (or comparable training in sales), preferably in the food retail trade
• You have already gained several years of leadership experience, have a high level of social competence and are an organizational talent
• You can raise a total capital of CHF 125,000 to 145,000 – CHF 125'000 is needed for a Coop Pronto shop with gas station and CHF 145'000 for a Coop Pronto shop without gas station. Pension funds cannot be contributed
• You enjoy active customer contact
• You enjoy working with a team, are ready to handle the daily work together and are motivated to lead your own company with clear framework conditions
• High performance, flexibility, strong customer and sales orientation as well as open and friendly communication are among your strengths
• Business as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile
• Your residence is preferably near the Coop Pronto shop or you are ready to move
• They master the regional language in word and writing
