• Responsibility and control of the nursing process
• Deputizing for the ward management
• Active participation in the management team
• Participation in various projects and working groups
• Advising and supporting the nursing teams in the analysis of complex nursing situations
• Training and advising patients
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external bodies Requirements:
• Completed diploma training in nursing at tertiary level recognized in Switzerland (HF/Bsc/DN2/AKP)
• Min. 2 years of professional experience, ideally in rehabilitation care
