Your tasks and perspectives

• You coordinate and plan the assignments of the Springerpool in close cooperation with the management and make a significant contribution to a secure and needs-based personnel assignment planning
• You are the contact person for our temporary employees and take on administrative tasks such as working time control, invoice control and the maintenance of personnel data
• You support the management of Springerpool in interviews, quality development and cross-divisional projects
• You actively contribute to the further development of the cross-location Springerpool and promote transparent cooperation with the various stakeholders

What you bring for this job

• Completed training as a Dipl. Care specialist HF/FH and professional experience in acute care
• Experience in a coordinative function, for example as day manager, group management or in assignment planning, combined with an independent and structured working method
• High social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Responsibility, discretion and the ability to keep track even in demanding situations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as a high affinity for digital planning systems
