Your tasks and perspectives

• Steering and further developing cooperation with the external security service: process responsibility, deployment and scheduling requirements, training and exercises, quality control, performance and billing control
• Planning, management and responsibility of extraordinary missions and event safety at all locations – from situation assessment and deployment to post-processing
• Assistance in emergency and crisis management
• Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) throughout the Department of Real Estate & Operations as well as chair of the ASGS exchange of experience across all departments of the Department
• Responsible for secure cash management (cash handling) – from safe and transport solutions to correct booking and cooperation with the value transport company.

What you bring for this job

• Completed basic education and further training in the field of security (e.g. Swiss Federal Law). a certificate) and training as a security officer or KOPAS/ASGS specialist or the willingness to complete it part-time.
• Strong ability for lateral guidance: You control external service providers and partners without a direct function as supervisor, binding and on an equal footing
• Quiet, de-escalating occurrence, resilience in event situations and safe handling of patients and relatives in tense situations
• readiness for piquetting and assignments outside normal working hours
• Place of residence within an appropriate intervention distance to the St. Gallen site
• Structured, independent working method, stylish German in word and writing, good IT user knowledge, driver’s license Cat. B and impeccable reputation
