Simplify together. In this role, you actively shape the further development of our (digital) channels and assume responsibility from the first idea to the successful implementation and professional security in the company. You combine strategic thinking and conceptual skills with a pragmatic hands-on mentality. They work closely with specialist areas, IT and external partners.

They shall

• significantly contribute to the further development of Valiant Bank’s digital distribution channels
• Analyze customer needs as well as market and technology trends and derive optimization potential from them
• independently create analyses, project proposals, presentations and business cases as a basis for decision-making
• as a product owner taking responsibility for the evaluation, conception and implementation of innovative digital solutions
• Lead projects and sub-projects at the interface of business, IT and external service providers
• the operation, testing and continuous optimization of the introduced solutions in their area of responsibility as professional solution owner accompany the channel management actively and ensure a seamless, cross-channel customer experience

They bring

• a commercial and/or technical basic education with a university or university degree
• Experience in digital business and with digital sales channels, ideally in banking
• Experience as a product owner, business analyst or in a comparable function in the digital environment
• very independent working method, ownership and willingness to take responsibility, actively contribute ideas
• excellent knowledge of German in words and writing and ideally knowledge of French
