Your tasks and perspectives

• Active participation in the development of the campus as well as the development of sustainable infrastructure and supply concepts in close coordination with the Department of Real Estate & Operations as well as numerous internal and external departments and stakeholders
• Participation in demanding, cross-departmental projects in the field of strategic campus development
• Systematic translation of the corporate strategy and corporate goals into concrete infrastructure requirements as well as preparation for decision-making for the management and committees
• Supporting the operational master planning and the use of HOCH Health Ostschweiz's operational properties at all locations
• Coordinating the requirements from user needs management towards clinical and non-clinical departments as well as introducing the requirements from strategy, supply planning and operations

What you bring to this position

• University degree in business administration, facility management, architecture or construction/real estate management as well as a recognized degree in project management
• Several years of professional experience in corporate and/or process development
• Experience in hospital or health care is an advantage
• Knowledge of the relevant processes as well as a confident handling of the technical language and procedures of the construction and real estate industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
