The Customer Service Center area is in an exciting further development phase. As part of our new organization, we continue to develop our services and processes. The focus is on customer benefit, sales success and efficiency. Through the targeted use of digitalization and automation, we create future-oriented solutions and sustainable added value. For the KSC Operations department in St. Gallen, we are looking for a committed, analytically strong and implementation-oriented personality as a specialist service & processes (m/f/d).

What awaits you?

• Further development of the KSC service portfolio with focus on customer benefit, sales, quality and efficiency
• Analysis, design and optimization of end-to-end processes across organizational and divisional boundaries
• Identification and implementation of potential for improvement, standardization, digitalization and automation
• Accompaniment of new services and processes from requirements and conception to successful transfer to regular operation
• Close cooperation with KSC Service, Raiffeisenbanks and specialist areas as well as, depending on experience, assuming additional responsibility in system ownership or reporting & analysis

What do you bring?

• Several years of professional experience in the banking environment and a good understanding of banking services and customer-related processes
• Strong customer and sales understanding and the ability to derive concrete requirements for services and processes
• Experience in business analysis, process management, service management or a comparable function
• Strong end-to-end thinking as well as analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high implementation orientation
• interest in digitalisation and automation
• Experience with system ownership, BI/reporting or data-based process control is an advantage
