Their tasks

In this versatile function, you accompany our employees and managers in administrative HR topics and together with us ensure smooth processes along the employee lifecycle:

• Together with the HR team, you ensure the timely, efficient and structured handling of administrative HR processes from entry to exit (excl. wage processing)
• As a contact person, you support managers and employees with HR-relevant issues
• In HR controlling, you actively participate and prepare relevant HR indicators
• With your careful working method, you contribute to a high data quality and reliable HR administration

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training as well as a subject-specific further education in the field of human resources (e.g. HR assistant or clerical staff)
• First professional experience in a generalist HR function
• Healthcare experience is beneficial
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders
• Structured, reliable and independent working methods and a good sense of priorities
• Discreet, open and positive personality who likes to work in a team and takes responsibility
