• Maintenance and support of technical installations in interior and exterior areas of buildings
• Carrying out repair and cleaning work and regular maintenance
• Participation in the revision of procedural installations
• Ensuring the smooth operation of all building technology
• Coordination and cooperation with external service providers and suppliers

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the field of domestic engineering such as specialist in operation maintenance EFZ, building technician or sanitary installer
• Independent and team-oriented work with a willingness to learn new things
• Experience in the industrial working environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of handling computer applications
