Your tasks and perspectives

• Professional support, support and individual support for children and monitoring their development
• Cross-group work in the three micro-child groups and three age-mixed groups with flexible cooperation in different tandems and teams
• Designing an age-appropriate and need-oriented, varied day-care and cross-group activities
• Confident cooperation with guardians
• Implementation of the pedagogical concept as well as the quality, hygiene and safety standards

What you're doing for this job

• Completed training as a specialist woman/man Support EFZ, subject area children, or equivalent training
• Educational expertise and joy in working with children of different ages
• Flexibility and joy in changing group and team constellations
• Self-employed, responsible and reliable working methods
• Extensive team and communication skills as well as empathy and professional attitude towards children and guardians
