Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests according to our nursing philosophy and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a nursing contact person
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach-Smartphone)
• Planning and accompanying doctor visits
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a theme bearer of a specialist topic and participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist EFZ
• Work experience in long-term care preferable
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend corresponding courses (paid)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in varied challenges
• Good German language skills, both oral and written
