Your responsibilities

• Management and further development of the Quality and Risk Management department
• Planning, coordination and implementation of surveys, audits and certifications (including sanaCERT Suisse)
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Integration of internal and external feedback management
• Management of quality projects and general projects within the framework of strategy implementation
• Ensuring effective governance, risk and compliance management (GRC) incl. Risk assessment, control of measures and reporting to the hospital management
• Responsibility for referral management
• Advising and supporting the hospital management and the employees as data protection officer /-r
• Management of commissions as well as management of a small team Tasks:

• Completed studies in the field of health management, quality management or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in quality and risk management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• In-depth knowledge of data protection law
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
