Main responsibilities
- As a contact person, you advise our employees on all questions relating to infection prevention and infection control.
- You adapt hygiene concepts and prevention strategies, implement them successfully and ensure their sustainable quality.
- You plan and lead training sessions, workshops and audits.
- By analyzing infection data, you derive evidence-based measures to improve patient safety.
- When investigating infections and crisis management, you actively contribute your expertise.
- A close cooperation with the infectiology of our partner hospital is also part of your versatile area of responsibility. Requirements

- Ideally, you already have further training in the field of infection prevention or clinic hygiene or are ready to complete it with our support.
- At least two years of professional experience in infection prevention distinguish your profile.
- With your strong communication, consulting and social skills, you succeed in competently accompanying different stakeholders.

- With your strong communication, consulting and social skills, you succeed in competently accompanying different stakeholders.
- You bring fluent German skills, further language skills are a plus.
- Place of work is either Pfäfers or Wil, sporadic travel activities to other locations are a matter of course for you.
- With around 1,400 employees, we provide accessible, personal and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults in the cantons of St.Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein at our nine company locations.
