Your tasks and perspectives

• Reception and support of patients on site and on the telephone
• Organisation of preliminary investigations and consultation hours
• Disposition of ambulatory and stationary operations
• Management and maintenance of patient documentation
• Contact point for assigning doctors and health insurers

What you bring for this job

• Training as MPA, medical secretary or commercial training with experience in hospital or practice
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Team-oriented, motivated and patient-friendly personality
• Organised, accurate and responsible working methods
