Your tasks and perspectives

• Professional and service-oriented guest care in the various restorations as well as active advice and sales
• Operation and accounting
• Replenishment of drink and food expenses as well as display cases incl. Labelling of prices and presentation of goods
• Execution of cleaning work according to our HACCP concept
• Cooperation at banquet events

What you bring for this job

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant or hotel specialist EFZ, job-specific further education such as Barista SCA Latte Art are advantageous
• Professional experience in the gastronomy, hotel industry or in the retail trade and knowledge about coffee and milk varieties, as well as coffee specialities
• Knowledge of Community gastronomy and experience in hospital gastronomy are desirable
• Flexible operational readiness from Monday to Sunday in different shifts (early, medium and late services)
• Motivated and organized team player personality with a humorous and winning nature
