Main responsibilities
- Customer service, advice and active sales
- POS service incl. Debt collection
- Management of buffets and display cases as well as attractive presentation of goods
- Various Mise en Place Work and the preparation of drinks and food
- Compliance with GMZ quality standards and guidelines Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience: in gastronomy, hotel or retail
- Completed initial or continuing education: in the required area
- Professional experience in the catering/hotel industry or in the retail trade
- First professional experience in system catering
- Flexible operational readiness from Monday to Saturday in different shifts (early and late services) Efficient and orderly functioning
