Your tasks and perspectives

• First contact person for patients, visitors, external customers and employees
• Ensure reliable customer service (switch service in shift operation)
• Administrative recording and processing of patient master data in SAP (outpatient and stationary area including emergency department)
• Checking and clarifying insurance covers incl. Recovery of deposits
• Various administrative tasks and processing of incoming mail

What you bring for this job

• Completed commercial or basic medical training
• Well-founded, several years of professional experience or good knowledge of the health care system
• Readiness for shift operation incl. Weekend service (about 2x per month), fixed working days not possible
• Resilient and dutiful personality with high commitment and flexibility
• Precise and independent working methods with high quality standards
