The St.Gallen Investigation Office, located directly at St.Gallen Central Station, is responsible for criminal proceedings in the area from the city of St.Gallen to the airport of St.Gallen-Altenrhein (court districts of St.Gallen and Rorschach). 18 prosecutors, 11 clerks with legal powers, 8 assistants and 5 persons work in training or internships. Together, we ensure efficient and legal prosecution in the region.

What you're expecting

• You are responsible for criminal proceedings arising from the general criminal law (StGB) and ancillary criminal law (in particular AIG, BetmG, SVG and WG) – from the case to the conclusion of the proceedings, where a fine is likely to be considered as a fine, a fine or a prison sentence of no more than six months.
• You are conducting interviews with accused persons, information persons and witnesses and providing the necessary evidence.
• You are concluding criminal proceedings, in particular by means of a criminal order, an order for recruitment or a non-approach order.
