Your tasks and perspectives

• General administrative work and work in the front office
• Planning, organizing and coordinating consultation hours, examinations and operations
• First point of contact for referring physicians, patients, relatives and other specialist departments
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various internal and external professional groups and institutions
• Venous blood samples (specialist knowledge is an advantage)

What you bring to this position

• Training as a medical practice assistant EFZ or medical secretary with experience in hospital or practice operations
• Resilient personality with a sense of responsibility and quality
• Networked thinking as well as high flexibility and very good organizational skills
• Exact, efficient and independent way of working as well as an open and courteous demeanor with the ability to communicate in a customer-oriented manner, both verbally and in writing
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of KISIM and SAP is an advantage
