- You proactively support the clinic directorate in day-to-day business as well as in all administrative and organizational matters
- You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and represent the clinic professionally and service-oriented
- You are the business card of our clinic and are responsible for the administrative care of our patients
- You perform diverse and varied secretarial and administrative tasks independently and reliably
- You handle the triage and handling of incoming emails, mail and phone calls and ensure an efficient flow of information
- You coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, events and other activities and prepare the relevant documents
- You work on the HR-relevant concerns of the clinic and act as an important interface to HR management
- You work hand in hand with our assistant director and take over their deputies in case of absences and holidays Requirements
- You have an EFZ degree as a businesswoman or a basic medical education with experience in administration
- You are aiming for further education as a directorate assistant, are already in further education or have successfully completed it
