Role overview

Tasks

• You support us in the reconstruction of our open geriatric psychiatric acute ward and can contribute your specialist knowledge and experience in a targeted manner
• You help with the implementation of our ward concept and constantly develop it further with us
• Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to the stabilization of the patients and thus to a greater quality of life
• You accompany the learners and students during their training and can pass on your experience to the next generation Requirements:
• You have a qualification as Dipl.

Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII (or have an equivalent diploma from abroad that is recognized in Switzerland)

• You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You have already completed further training in the field of vocational training or are interested in completing one
• You ideally have experience in the professional care of older people
• You enjoy multi-professional collaboration and interest in complex psychiatric issues We offer: Family?
