• Independent, competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care for our clients of all age groups with a wide range of medical conditions
• Assumption of case responsibility
• Responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring the care process
• Conducting assessments and site discussions with RAI-HC
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other services What you bring:
• Completed training as a certified nurse HF
• Professional experience and broad expertise
• An independent, responsible way of working
• Open-mindedness, flexibility and empathy
