Your tasks and perspectives

• Assumption of training activity (workload 40%) in the department according to the training concept
• Additional cooperation in the direct care and care of patients (workload of 10% - 60%) possible
• Co-responsibility for the planning and implementation of learning accompaniments as well as the individual support and promotion of apprentices in the department
• Interesting, versatile and challenging field of activity

What you bring for this job

• Training as a Dipl. Nursing professional with a diploma recognised in Switzerland as well as professional experience in nursing, ideally with training experience
• Pedagogical skill
• High social, technical and nursing skills and an appreciative attitude towards patients
• Resilient, flexible and sensitive personality
• Readiness for constructive cooperation in an interdisciplinary context with independent, conscientious and reliable working methods and high quality awareness
