- You have professional experience in psychiatry.
Main responsibilities
- You take over the function as deputy of the residential group management of our structured-protected residential group in the Eggfeld dormitory.
- You create a stable and supportive everyday life for our residents together with a motivated team.
- You keep an overview even in challenging situations, act calmly and professionally.
- Together with your caregivers, you develop individual goals and strategies.
- You bring your ideas and actively shape the further development of our residential group
- If you are interested, you will take over the vocational training of students/learners or have them trained. Requirements
- You have professional experience in psychiatry.
- You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation.
- You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and bring your good IT user knowledge into the administrative work.
