Main responsibilities
- Resource- and person-centered care and support of life-experienced people with mental illness
- Stabilisation and maintenance of independence and quality of life in domestic setting
- Crisis intervention and support in challenging situations
- Independent case management and treatment planning
- Collaboration with the interprofessional team of the Clinic for Old Age Psychiatry
- Advice and networking with relatives, authorities and referrals Profile
- Completion as a dipl. Care professional HF/FH
- Experience in age psychiatry/Spitex is beneficial
- Joy and interest in dealing with older people and their individual life situations
- Empathy, patience and appreciative attitude towards life-experienced people
