What you bring to this position
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
- Flexibility, openness and interest in different areas/locations and changing care situations
- Willingness to be available at short notice, depending on the chosen jumper pool model
- Structured and independent way of working as well as a high level of responsibility and resilience
- Willingness to work 80% for at least 1 month during the introductory phase
Our offer to you
- Working model Springerpool bonus in at least 2-3 specialist areas at the St.Gallen location with a monthly functional allowance of CHF 450.00 with 100% workload (pro-rata for part-time) and 4 free days per month, duty planning half by the employee and half by the Springerpool management with notification of assignments up to 4 hours before the assignment
- Springerpool Plus working model at 2 HOCH Health Ostschweiz locations with a monthly functional allowance of CHF750.00 for 100% workload (pro-rata for part-time work) as well as an additional CHF 50 bonus per day for assignments outside the main location
- At least 50% of the assignments are carried out at a defined main location, the remaining assignments take place at other HOCH Health Ostschweiz locations as required
